Zucchini makes for a versatile vegetable. We like to use it in lots of different recipes from "zoodles" to chocolate zucchini bread for dessert, we can never get enough of this veggie.

 

Growing Conditions -

Zucchini thrives under the following growing conditions:

• Temperature Range: 70 °F
• Light: 6-8 hours daily
• Soil: sandy/loamy, well-drained
• Water: 1 inch per week, 2-3 times per week

Days to Maturity: 45-55 days

Larger zucchini are great for baking while smaller zucchini are better in zoodles or on the grill.
